Georgina began playing the piano at age eight, and by the time she was fourteen, Georgina began studies at the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music, under the tutelage of Sarah Nicolls and David Alexander. She is currently completing a degree in Music at Royal Holloway, University of London whilst studying piano and harpsichord with David Ward. She has performed at venues across the UK and Europe, such as Wycombe Swan, St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, the Barbican and the Royal Albert Hall, and has been a prizewinner at many festivals including the Orpheus Young Musician Competition and the Computers in Personnel International Concerto Competition. Georgina is a member of various ensembles, including the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, Grove Experimental Music Group, Royal Holloway Baroque Orchestra, and her own Piano Trio. She was even an Accompanist in Residence at MusicFest Aberystwyth 2012. As well as performing, Georgina enjoys composing, and is currently writing an original soundtrack for a documentary by Lithuanian filmmaker Saturnas Gergelis.
