Halifax native, Megan Watt is a recent graduate of Mount Allison University's Bachelor of Music Program. At Mount Allison, Megan has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including the Graduating Pianist award, and the Paisley Prize in Church Music. Prior to attending Mount Allison, Megan was the recipient of the Atlantic Canada Royal Conservatory Silver Medal for grade nine piano in 2009. In 2013, Megan completed her Associateship of the Royal Conservatory of Toronto (ARCT) with first class honors. In Halifax, Megan has performed at the Lieutenant Governor's Residence, as well as the Red Room at Province House. Megan has studied with David Rogosin, and Lynn Johnson, and has worked with a number of internationally acclaimed musicians in a master class setting. She has worked with pianists Angela Cheng, Terrence Dawson, and Renis Zarins to name a few.
